Jim O’Neill

Dr. Jim O’Neill, is a leader of leaders with a heart for the mission field.  Before serving with Frontier Ventures, Dr. O’Neill was the President and Founder of the Center for Global Mission, which equips emerging leaders to make a global impact for Jesus Christ.

Jim is also a Professor at the Liberty University School of Divinity where he teaches Global Studies and other other Graduate courses.

Before becoming lead Pastor at Heritage Christian church Andy’s passion for those who have never heard the gospel had him leading a church
planting team in Central Asia, taking on a
regional leadership role working with church planting teams, mobilizing the church in the US for the nations, and heading up Africa for Christ, a
church planting organization based out of his home country South Africa.

He also has a pastoral passion helping people experience the truth that sets them
free so they can live in the fullness that God promises.

In his spare time he loves playing all sports .
He lives with his wife and two daughters in Westerville, Ohio

Leah Bright

Director, KAiros Africa

Leah is a mobilizer that is passionate about training and sending African missionaries to unreached people on the continent of Africa. She has a heart for missionary care and loves uplifting other African mobilizers.

Leah and her family were called to Rwanda in 2020. Leah is currently the Director of Kairos Africa where she walks along-side and supports African missionaries, partners and leads different projects/trainings. Her husband, Jordon, is the secondary principal at a Christian International School where their three children attend.

Leah has been a part of the Perspectives on The World Christian Movement since 2016. Attending classes, coordinating and being an instructor.

She is also on the Rwanda Perspectives National Team. Leah and her Husband have also been Study Abroad Coordinators in Rwanda 2010-2012 for a Christian Study Abroad program. They taught on Spiritual Poverty.

 

 

 

Paul Kachala

Paul Kachala is a worship leader, singer/songwriter and record producer with a heart for God’s glory among the unreached.

He has done some youth empowerment work in Malawi for several years with a team called Zathu using music and radio drama and has toured several countries with the team.

Now he focuses on mobilizing the church for the unreached and leading God’s people in worship through music.

 

Pacifique Bisangwa

Founder, Tubassange

Pacifique & Assumpta Bisangwa took experience with Intervarsity, Youth for Christ, and missions awareness training from the Kairos course and Perspectives course to found Tubasange, which means “Let’s go to them.”

Tubasange is an indigenous mission organization determined to mobilize, train and Send gospel workers from Rwanda to take the gospel to unreached peoples.

Shane O’Neill

Shane has an undergrad in Biblical Studies and is working on his M.A. in Apologetics at Liberty University Rawling School of Divinity. Shane was born in the Philippines as a missionary kid and has lived in many different locations on the United States east coast.

He met Jesus as Lord and Savior in his late teens and since then has engaged with developing communities around Jesus.

Kwashie Amenudzie

Kwashie is from Togo in West Africa where he presently serves as the founder and director of West Africa Missionary Training Center in Akoumape, Togo.

His goal is to train African missionaries to reach the unreached peoples on the continent with the gospel.

Formally, he served in Senegal for 23 years both as a pastor and as a missioanry with Crossworld.

Kwashie is married to Davi, they have three grown-up children and a 14-year-old.

 

 

 

Chris Hewitt

Pastor, Church Planter with IESC

Pastor Chris Hewitt became a Christian at the age of six through the work of American Missionaries from T.E.A.M. (The Evangelical Alliance Mission) who came to the town where he lived in Trinidad.

 From his childhood, he greatly loved serving God, and sang at Evangelistic Outreaches at the age of 7; taught Sunday School at the age of 11; played the piano for church services and led the adult choir at the age of 15 and was also involved in various Missions’ trips as a teenager. Chris then went on to Bible College and Seminary  at Washington Bible College and Capital Bible Seminary.

Upon graduation, he served as a Missionary and Pastor in Brazil for 20 years (where he was one of the first black Missionaries with his Mission in more than 50 years) and where he met his lovely wife Nicola from Germany (who was also serving as a Missionary), and they now have 2 beautiful children – Joshua who is 11 years old & Katie who is 10 years old (going on 20) :).

He answered the Lord’s call to serve in Germany when the Refugee Crisis happened in 2015, and ministered and shared Christ among Refugees from Syria, Afghanistan, Iran and Iraq.

From 2019-2021 Chris served as a pastor at the International Church of Barcelona, Spain and is presently planting an International English Speaking Church, together with his wife and kids in Stuttgart, Germany.
