Thanksgiving and Christmas blessings to all!
China: Our time in China two weeks back was strategic. Our world is heading urban. We must be there to meet that mass of humanity. 300 cities in China of 1 million or more…incredible. 200 million more moving from rural into the cities over the next 10 years. Our colleagues serving there are making an eternal difference but at great cost. Pray with us for sustaining grace and laborers for the harvest.
ELC now Next Gen Leader Conference: June 2-7, 2014 is our next conference and Shawna, Sterling, Jared and Scott are hard at work preparing for this strategic event; Theme: Next Gen Leaders Learning the Ancient Paths of Integrity.
Sunday, Dec. 1: I speak at Church of the Savior (COS), Wayne, PA. This church has been a key partner and home for us over the years. I speak at their 3 services on Isa. 9:6: “The Son is coming: Winter is ending and Christmas is almost here.” (Thx CS Lewis)
Dec. 5-12: Meet with our senior leaders to pray over their strategic plans to move ABWE into God’s future for us. Pray for disciplined thinking, praying, dreaming and envisioning for our tomorrows.
Dec. 5: Meet with Ralph Canada who founded Global Connect with an incredible passion to mobilize the Latino world for missions. Pray as we seek to partner with Ralph along with two other major mobilization movements (CMM and USCWM) I’m attempting to link into our new family here at ABWE.
Dec. 17ff: time with the kids to enjoy Christmas.
January: 13-18: Sterling and I join 45 of our ABWE Global Leaders for this yearly event in Orlando to meet and strategize toward the future vision of ABWE. Can’t wait to meet some pretty cool kingdom hearts.

February: our eldest daughter, Kelli, is due with their first child and our first grandchild. You know where Sterling will be in February.
Shawna (and Matt), Shane and Tiffany are all in good seasons right now. We are most thankful.
